There will no doubt come a time when Oliver will have to withdraw from everyone. Not just to process it, but to deal with the emotions that come along with learning that Sara is alive, that the ones he cared about were far further ahead in the timeline. He hadn't allowed himself to grieve the night that Sara had been killed because the others needed him to remain steady and certain and sooner or later that emotional bill is going to come due.
