The hood never quite fit right, even when he started folding his ears when he had it up. Grey furry fingers with hands far thicker than they should be and his proportions slightly off, like his shoulder blades aren't even the right shape, so he holds himself differently. He can't really pass for human, not the way his body was torn apart and put back together. all the hood is for is so people give him less grief, rather than trying to hide.

"You're right." He concedes, as this has proven to be really, really complicated so far and that's stacked against everything he's ever seen.

"What do you know about this place?" She knows something, hopefully she won't make him work for the information.
